The production
Mari’s own stage adaptation of George MacDonald’s novel. She spent a year turning the book into a play, for children aged four to fourteen.
Parents made the goblin masks in a kitchen. Risers were built so the audience could see such tiny people, and the backstage lights ran on solar power.
